The Handi-Ruby 11 Gallon Brewing System

The Handi-Ruby is a brew system specifically designed for brewers with physical limitations. Built to shield and funnel heat to the back of the frame for safer front and side access. The Handi-Ruby features electronic ignition based on safe flame ionization sensing technology. If the burner blows out, it will immediately attempt to relight and if relight attempt fails, gas valve will close and require a manual reset. There is no standing pilot light. Loaded with a variety of conveniences and safety features this system makes brewing beer a possibility for many physically limited brewers.
