There Wolf Spiced IPA
Ok, there's a lot going on here. The base of the beer is a Belgian take on a white IPA. The hops create flavorful and aromatic layers upon which the spices and yeast have a Halloween party. Grapefruit and pine and white wine character blends with funky saison notes and a subtle touch of ginger, bitter orange, allspice, and some oak in the fermenter to tie it all in a nice, if complicated, bow. I feel like I am just making stuff up at this point, so let's experiment together! Color: 6.6 SRM (Yellow). IBU: 44.0 ABV: 5.7%. Extract kits include liquid and/or dry malt extract, plus crushed specialty grains with a grain sock to steep. Partial mash kits include malt extract, plus a larger amount of crushed base malt and specialty grains with a grain sock, and require extra steeping time. All-grain kits include crushed base malt and specialty grains, and require advanced technique and equipment.
