Incident Report Describe the accident: We were trying to get it under the shrink beam but halfway through the procedure it fired out a zipline and flew across the lab. Unfortunate. Describe the result: We managed to catch it and jam it back under the ray but the damage was done. The second dose kinda mutated it a bit. How to prevent recurrence of incident: Introduce a stringent, company-wide 'No grappling hooks' policy. This has been long overdue. Possible mitigation of damages: Market this as an educational tool maybe? "Reduce zipline mishaps in your community," that sorta thing. We do like to give back.
