Peru Cajamarca, comes to us from our friends at Royal Coffee in Emeryville, CA. Hailing from San Ignacio, Cajamarca in northern Peru, this coffee is cultivated on small independent family farms. Royal has this to say about this coffee and it's growers: “Peru’s northern Andes are lush, humid, mountainous, and a kind of visceral threshold between the drier Pacific slopes and the cavernous and rainforested lowlands of the Amazon basin on the eastern side. The highlands here are broad and varied in elevation and microclimate.
