The wine has had oak integration, and undergone partial malolactic fermentation to give it more texture and creaminess on the palate These grapes are harvested ripe, as low yields and cane pruning encourage this. The grapes are normally harvested around 22 24brix. This wine has a lovely fruit flavor and texture The wines are made from certified organic grapes and bio-dynamically grown grapes.
