While we are no strangers to skin-contact (ahem... Esoterico) we do not make a more dogmatic orange wine than Dreamers Creed. Hailing from our Birdwood vineyard, we skin ferment this Fiano in our locally crafted clay pots - traditionally known as Amphora or Qvevri - for 220 days. We make no additions - including bottling with ZERO sulphur - therefore taking nothing away from the style that inspired it. The Result? A mind bending and utterly unique Australian Fiano. The glass screams of walnut and burnt orange ready for your Old Fashioned with a phenolic structure of dusty tannins that ties this thing together.
