X-Men Wolverine Retro Shorts

Chalk Line is celebrating the X-Men and Jim Lee's historic run on the title with the X-Men Wolverine Retro Shorts! Wolverine first appeared in the last panel of The Incredible Hulk #180 in 1974 before having a larger role in the next issue, #181. Created by Roy Thomas, Len Wein, the great John Romita Sr., and Herb Trimpe, Wolverine joined the revamped X-Men shortly after his introduction. In 1991, Marvel revised the entire lineup of X-Men comic book titles with writer Chris Claremont and relaunched the series. Wolverine is drawn here by the great Jim Lee.
