Kairos 2015 is an exclusive limited serie cuvée produced in partnership with Hélène Beaugrand on the thousand year old chalky soils of Montgeux. Often overlooked, this little hill rising above Troyes in the Aube Valley is considered as the Montrachet of Champagne! Crafted from very old and rare vines of Meunier, the only ones of Montgeux, this cuvée embodies by itself the reflection of time, complexity and identity. The 2015 vintage, one of the best vintage in Champagne emphasizes the purity and generosity of the Meunier.
