Retrieval S (10X)

Instructions for Use Retrieval S is a proprietary sodium citrate-based antigen retrieval buffer that is designed to significantly enhance staining of primary antibodies with high heat at pH 6.5. Staining is as simple as diluting Retrieval S 1:10 with deionized or distilled water and heat with your favorite heat source whether it is a vegetable steamer, autoclave, hotplate, or pressure cooker.
