Retrieval X

Instructions for Use Retrieval X is a proprietary low-temperature antigen retrieval that eliminates the need to use sodium citrate, tris-EDTA, and enzymatic-based solutions. Retrieval X is compatible with cell-surface, membrane, and nuclear primary antibodies. Retrieval is as simple as heating slides at 75°C using either a hot plate or a water bath.
