NV Tximista Vermut Rojo
From: Getariako Txakoli, SpainVarietal: Hondarribi Beltza (sustainably farmed) Tasting Notes: The nose is complex with notes of grapefruit, raspberry, nectarine, spice, botanical notes, toast, and caramel. On the palate you'll find notes of burnt orange peel, dark dried flowers, pie spice, and potpourri, with balanced sweetness, medium acid, and a clean texture. Delicious in Negronis and Manhattans.
