100% Pure Organic Hojicha.  Sugar-free.  Product of Japan. Hojicha is green tea roasted to make it virtually caffeine free and give it a powdery slightly burnt taste and aroma.  It is all the goodness of green tea but in reddish brown colour. In a bowl, place 1 tablespoon of pure hojicha.  Add 2 ounces of hot or cold water.  Whisk until tiny bubbles appear on top of the mixture.  Add 4 oz of fresh milk for latte.  Add sugar to taste.  Serve hot or cold. *Ritual is a brand under the same group with Chao!
