This detangling spray is a blend of rosemary, desert lavender, and nettle. These ingredients were selected to improve hair texture and strength.  These herbs provide essential vitamins and minerals such as, B vitamins and silica to promote growth, prevent hair loss, and strengthen hair strands.  Similar to the essential oil making process, which also uses steam distillation, the hydrosol making process is superior because it collects the whole output from the plant material rather than just the volatile oils (essential oils).
