Each Order Contains: 1 Sliced Oxtail (approx. 2 lbs total), frozen Our whole oxtails are sliced and packed one to a package. Ready for stand-alone stews, soups, & braises, or as flavorful add-ons to any dish that needs a little boost. The key is low and slow— this is a braising cut. They will make a truly memorable meal. For those of you who want to get out the cleavers, we also sell some of our oxtails whole- so purchase some of those, and let that inner butcher loose!
