Terms of this Plan 1 storage plan per client Single Term Purchase - 3 month storage plan Plan limited to 48 bottles or volume equivalent per client. Plan applies to purchases from ChapFour.com only Insurance coverage for loss, damage, breakage, or acts of God are not provided under this plan.  Purchase of this plan constitutes a waiver of all present and future claims of loss, damage, breakage, or acts of God.
