Hearty Rise Slow Jigging IV Conventional Rods

Hearty Rise finally released a new iteration of their very popular Slow Jigging III line up, leaning closer to the III-S models for inspiration. These new rods utilize higher modulus M40X graphite which the older generation did not making them noticeably stiffer on the butt end and giving them more lifting power.  They have also shortened the length on each model as you go up in jig range to make them easier to use in deep water, and the extra material gives them an even higher drag load capacity. Along with this they have now utilized the taller Fuji Titanium Torzite guide frame for the first guide making these rods a much better choice for taller reels from Marfix, Accurate, Studio Ocean Mark and so on.  Overall it's a nice generational improvement and these rods come in at a lower price than the older III-S models.
