Classic Bloomer White

Inspired by heirlooms and vintage bloomers we have come to know and love. This style is completely adjustable at the waist and thigh and contains no elastic. The intention is to scrunch the short using the ties, so anywhere from 5-15” will be scrunched from the waist and thighs. This elegant silhouette can be worn high waisted, thanks to its long rise, and low waisted. The thighs can also be worn undone to look more like a pair of shorts.
