Artist:  Brenda Guild Gillespie TERMS OF USE: Charting Nature grants "Leesee" the non-exclusive right to use its copyrighted image in "Lessee's" business under the following conditions: 1. Image Copyright remains with the artist and Charting Nature.2. "Lessee" may reproduce the images in Black/White or color and in any size, always respecting the integrity of the images, that is, any cutting, altering, or morphing of the images requires the prior consent of Charting Nature.  Images will be delivered with no background, lettering, or borders. 3. "Lessee" may not allow the use of the images by any third party without the prior consent of Charting Nature. 4. "Lessee" may not use the image on any merchandise for resale, such as T-shirts or coffee cups.  Contact us for conditions of use and costs for royalty-required sales. 5. No uses outside of those specified in this contract are permitted without the artist/Charting Nature’s written consent and agreement.
