Left bank style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon/Malbec/Merlot/Cabernet Franc/Carménère from Gamache & Weinbau Vineyards, in the Columbia Valley AVA. Our newest 5 layer cake offers a mix of dark cherry, brown sugar, hints of caramel, w/pink peppercorns, cinnamon, cigar & tea leaf, and cedar on the nose. Dry, medium + acid & med/medium + tannins smooth & spicy with tons of complexity on the palate. Great balance with lovely spice a long finish.
