The Gold Rush is a delicious contemporary classic cocktail made with Bourbon, Honey Syrup, and Lemon Juice. We've paired one bottle each of our Honey Syrup and 100% Lemon Juice for quick and easy cocktail shopping- add your Bourbon of choice to make 5-6 cocktails. 2oz Gift Kit: Makes 2+ Cocktails4oz Gift Kit: Makes 5+ Cocktails16oz Gift Kit: Makes 20+ Cocktails To Make One Cocktail - 2 oz Bourbon - .5 oz Cheeky Honey Syrup - .75 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice Add ingredients to a shaker tin and add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Leave without a garnish, or garnish with a Lemon Wheel or Twist if desired. To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required) - 8-11 oz Bourbon - 2.5-3 oz Cheeky Honey Syrup - 4 oz Cheeky 100% Lemon Juice Add Bourbon to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar, and add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice, or simply pour into single-serving glasses over fresh ice. Garnish as above.
