Shake for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Candied Ginger if available, or Lemon Wheel or Wedge if not. To Make One Batch (5-6 cocktails) in a pitcher or Ball Jar (no tools required) - 8-11 oz blended Scotch -4 oz Honey Ginger Syrup -4 oz 100% Lemon Juice Add scotch to a pitcher or 32 oz Ball Jar and add syrup and juice. Stir. Add ice,
