🍎Old Fashioned Apple Butter

This one reminds us of childhood and the smells of the kitchen during fall apple harvest. We start with making our own apple sauce froma mix of sweet and tart apples from our home orchard. We then cook the sauce low and slow god several days with little suga, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves until ready to be blended a nice thick butter consistency. Spread on toast, no jam needed! Or get creative and add to pork chops 😊 Each glass jar is 8oz.
