Made near the North Sea in the quiet town of Morra, Holland. Most Dutch cheeses are cow’s milk, but Jacob Rispens’ children convinced him to switch over to sheep. Aged 10 months with complex flavors of caramel, custard, cheesecake & lightly browned butter. We're happy his kids were successful in their convincing since this is a truly unique & tasty Gouda!
