The Professional Facility License (PFL) is for CHEK Professionals who have their own facility (gym, studio, practice, etc.). The licensing fee covers the owner plus facility. Additional CHEK Practitioners working within the facility must also be licensed. WHAT IS INCLUDED* Everything included with the Individual Professional License plus… One printable CHEK Professional Facility decal with logo (pictured above) Ability to host CHEK Institute Advanced Training Programs upon approval QUALIFICATIONS In order to be eligible for a Professional Facility License, the facility owner must have both HLC Level 1 and IMS Level 1 qualifications. The CHEK Professional Facility decal provided in the above package must be displayed and visible from the exterior of the facility. If logo is unable to be displayed on the exterior due to regulations, it must be displayed within the reception area.
