It's just the right amount of sheer where you still feel covered up bc of the texture of the fabric and layered ruffles in the skirt. The skirt is composed of multiple horizontal tiers of ruffles. These tiers are gathered and have a slightly crinkled or textured appearance, creating a voluminous, layered effect.
