Pin Point Pen

This is a tool for weeding vinyl in the shape of a pen. You can choose any color glitter I have to put on your Pin Pen.  Each pen will come with an ink pen refill so it can double as a writing pen.  It is so much easier than using tweezers which do not always grip well or the hook tool which is just awkward to use sometimes, especially for the tiny pieces of cut vinyl.
