This listing is for one set of baby blue letter balloons of your choice; you'll select how many letters you need for your custom phrase from the button menu. Details: Letter Balloons are roughly 13.5 inches tall when inflated. You can select the color for the letters from the button menu. Balloons come flat and deflated; you can inflate them yourself with air and a straw. The letter balloons are meant to be hung or taped to the wall; you will find tabs on the top of each letter balloon for hanging. Each package includes: Straws for inflating the balloons & String for hanging the balloons. The letter balloons are NOT made to float with helium.
