The quantity of each latex balloon color is dependent on the garland size selected from the button menu (pictured is a 20ft garland). The smiley fringe star curtain, smiley faces, daisies, starbursts, disco balls, and "DAZED & ENGAGED" balloons are add-on items; you can purchase these from the button menu. The "everything pictured" option includes all of the add-on items with your choice of garland size.
