Under The Sea Balloon Garland Kit

 Celebrate under the sea with our ocean themed balloon garland!  This balloon garland kit contains the same color latex balloons as what is pictured. The quantity of each latex balloon color is dependent on the garland size selected from the button menu (pictured is a 20ft garland). The clear bubble balloons are included. The pvc starfish and seahorse inflatables are add-on items; you can purchase these from the button menu. Please note the backdrop and stands are not included and are not available for purchase.
