Rose water has moisturizing and pH re-balancing properties for the skin. Galactomyces ferment contains vitamins and amino acids that help with oil-control, skin brightening and lifting. The existence of both ingredients in the toner promotes a healthy and balances skin barrier. This is the toner for someone with a combination, sensitive or dry skin.  After cleansing the skin, toner should be applied to prepare the skin for the upcoming products that will be layered on it.
