Calendula officinalis, variety Alpha. While beautiful for decorating your favorite foods, Calendula is also a powerhouse, anti-inflammatory herb scientifically proven to aid skin healing. Calendula dries true to the color of its fresh, mild-flavored petals and can be added to savory dishes like eggs, cheese, soups, salads, teas, poultry, and rice, as well as any sweets. For centuries, Calendula has been used medicinally to improve eyesight, skin conditions, and mood. The whole flower measures 1 to 2 inches in diameter. Our dried Orange Calendula has a high resin content perfect for your medicinal preparations, including facial washes, skin creams, and massage oils. Packs are a mix of whole flowers and petals grown right here on our Pennsylvania organic farm during the 2025 growing season.
