Dried Herbs - Thyme

USDA Certified 100% Organic Grown at our organic farm in Pennsylvania, our herbs are harvested at their peak and dried while maintaining the highest quality and freshness possible with minimal processing. Leaves are in large pieces - crush before use to release aromatic oils and flavor.   Classic culinary thyme (Thymus vulgaris) for use in flavored vinegars, herbed butters, teas, meat dishes, salads and soups. Thyme pairs especially well with vegetables, including tomatoes, peppers, and potatoes!  We throw thyme in just about every soup and stew we make!
