Leaves are in large pieces - crush before use to release aromatic oils and flavor.   Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora), as an herbal tea, supports digestion, fortifies the nervous system, and eases stress & tension. It is arguably the most intense lemon scent and flavor of the lemon-scented plants.  Makes a great rub for fish or poultry.
