Yes, this is a photograph taken underwater.  And yes, that crown, corset and attached chandelier are solid metal and very very heavy.  Rachel was the ultimate pro as she made this amazing feat look effortless.  Strength, calm, grace, beauty and style while under extreme pressure.  She inspires me.
