Maryland Blue

Steamed or sautéed, Maryland’s official crustacean has been nourishing the Chesapeake Bay since the earliest days of Native American life. The blue crab's scientific name — Callinectes sapidus — translates as "beautiful swimmer that is savory."  Now tuck in your bib and behold this equally savory watch. Our Maryland Blue Crab has a shiny metallic dial (resembling the wet shell of the eponymous crab) and orange & red hands which mimic the colors of the female crab’s pinchers. But don’t worry: the only thing this watch will pinch is time.
