11/16 Adult 5v5 Tournament

This 5v5 tournament will take place from 10:30am-2:30pm on Sunday, November 16th. You may sign up an entire team at once (5-12 players) or register as an individual and we will place you on a team. Participants must be 18+, but the tournament is open to all skill levels!  LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE! LOCATION Wilson West Fields at Montrose 4500 N Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60640 DATE & TIME: Sunday, November 16th from 10:30am-2:30pm  COST: $25 - Individual "free-agent" registration fee $150 - Team fee (min 9, max 12 players on roster)  TOURNAMENT FORMAT Round robin open pool, then bracket Guaranteed 5 Games MORE INFO:  - Individual registrants should bring a white and dark jersey.
