IF YOUR EGGS ARE BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL, YOU MUST SEND PHOTOS THAT DAY AND WE CAN REFUND FOR BROKEN EGGS. WE ALSO CANNOT CONTROL THE CONDITIONS OF A CUSTOMER'S INCUBATOR AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPOSIBLE FOR POOR HATCH RATES AND WE WILL NOT REFUND ON EGGS THAT DID NOT DEVELOPE OR EGGS THAT DON'T HATCH.
