TRUST THE SCIENCE ~ The phrase “trust the science” was everywhere in 2020—and since then we've come to see it as a self-contradicting oxymoron. Of course some physical theories are far better supported by evidence than others. But the moment we stop questioning even the best-supported models, and stop searching for alternative explanations or deeper truths, we step outside the scientific process entirely. Real science begins with doubt and relentless inquiry, not with trust or deference.
