Our Lamb Lovers Package contains 30-33 pounds of lamb and includes: 6 packs of ground lamb 2 racks of lamb 4 packs of lamb loin chops 2 legs of lamb 1 lamb shoulder 4 lamb shanks 2 packs of lamb ribs   Total Price: $575   These packages will be ready in late October or November. The good folks over at Newstead Estate Farm raise their closed-flock Katahdin hair sheep on pasture the entire year and supplemented with their own hay. Lambs are butchered by a USDA inspected processor, and vacuum-packed/sealed.  At the core of their farm philosophy is the meticulous management of soil and land, laying the groundwork for sustainable practices. They run a closed flock that is parasite resistant, and free from hormones, antibiotics and vaccines. Their flock is rotationally grazed year round on chemical-free pastures, with barn protection as needed. Lambs are
