Well, they are commonly known as Rocky Mountain Oysters aka Bison Testicles. Sounds bizarre right?? But as a true hormone secreting organ, they are a prized alternative to feeding the more commonly found liver, kidney, spleen, brain, esp for our raw feeding customers and is the most nutrient dense part of the animal. Bison fries are especially high in zinc, iron and selenium. For your handling convenience, our Bison Fries are hand cut and dried low and slow into thick rustic chips. They are available in 2oz and 4oz sizes with just over 1 full pound of raw weight in every 2oz pack!
