Indian Monsoon Malabar coffee gets its name from how the beans are processed. The green beans are exposed to the annual Indian monsoon winds and rains for 3 to 4 months. This gives the coffee low acidity and a subtle earthy flavor that is unique to this type of coffee. This Full-Bodied coffee is exceptionally smooth with notes of malt chocolate.
