If a wine cooler/cellar product is discontinued, a replacement SKU will be provided. VINO- Wood/Furniture Wine Cabinets made in the USA are not eligible for extended warranty coverage, only the Wine Mate portion will be covered. VT, EL, IL, and WM (Wine Mate) compressor models are eligible for New Leaf coverage. Thermoelectric units are not covered under the extended warranty. However, it is possible to purchase a service plan within the first 9 months of the product's purchase date, as long as the product comes with a full 12 months of manufacturer parts and labor warranty. A warranty of at least 12 months for manufacturer parts and labor is required. Purchase of a service plan within the first 30 days of product purchase is mandatory. Customers must provide proof of both the plan and product when making a claim.
