St. Isidore/Isadore the Farmer holy medal. Saint Isidore the Farmer is a saint of the Catholic church. He is the patron saint of agricultural workers, day laborers, farm workers, field hands, livestock farmers, laborers, ranchers, livestock, rain, rural communities and against the death of children (his own child died young). St. Isidore lived from about 1070 to 1130; his wife was Saint Mary de la Cabeza. St. Isidore is a Spanish saint from Madrid. He was Canonized in 1622 by Pope Gregory XV. The Memorial of St. Isidore the Farmer is May 15.
