Heirloom green chile is fresh stone ground, farmer direct, non-GMO and is a nutritious spicy delight as an add to any dish or as a main entrée. Dried produce of northern New Mexico. The dried chile powder (molido) is used to make green sauce for traditional or vegetarian enchiladas and tamale dishes, is great as a rub for chicken, steak, seafood and roasted veggies, add to soups, stews, and posole or any dish for a flavorful spice. No fresh green chile only dried green chile powder. The heat level is a 8 on a 1-10 scale. Store in cool, dried place for up to 6 months.
