Water Guard (Masonry Water Repellent)

Water Guard (Masonry Water Repellent) can be applied to a wide variety of masonry surfaces such as: brick, architectural concrete, concrete block, split-face block, pavers, stucco, porous and exposed aggregate concrete. Water Guard when applied correctly reduces cracking, spalling, freeze &thaw damage, chemical degradation, biological growth and efflorescence thereby lengthening substrate life. Low VOC emissions on curing; EPA compliant, UV stable and resistant to biological degradation. Can improve adhesion of paints to mineral substances thus acting as a priming agent.
