Swaged grating sun screen:     Swaged louvre screens are the most easily customisable screens on the market.   These are louvred sunshades manufactured by connecting many lengths of a simple product, such as flat bar, extruded sunblade, angles or RHS sections to create a single panel.  Swaged screens can have their component parts connected in one of two different ways, either with a single solid aluminium bar that is crimped or swaged to connect all of the blade elements, or with a combination of stainless steel rod and aluminium spacers.  The method chosen comes down to the finish required and the location of the project, as well as any other project specific requirements.  These screens can be used to form walkways, sunshades, balustrades, fences, debris screens and more.   The manufacture process of swaged louvre screens is the root of their success.  A hole is drilled or punched at intervals through any form of suitable substrate, then eit
