This rum is distilled from sugarcane juice sourced from the low-yield varietal Madame Mueze, undergoes spontaneous fermentation, and is meticulously distilled in a Creole Column still aged over 60 years. It matures exclusively in ex-Cognac casks for 3 to 7 years, resulting in a delightfully dry profile complemented by notes of honey, candied fruit, hazelnut, and cinnamon, with an ABV of 43%.
