
Bay Rum – Shaving Soap
We've wanted to do a bay rum for years, but it took a while to get things the way we want. This is a tropical bay rum - quite different than most bay rums on the market today - this one actually has a bit of a rum kick to it and is spiced up with ginger and lime to give it a lighter more tropical feel. Contains the following notes: Jamaican Rum - this accord is a blend of natural and artificial scent oils, and smells a lot like a traditional oak-aged spiced rum. Bay leaves - not the ones from Mom's kitchen! This is 100% essential oils from the traditional west indie's bay leaf pimenta racemosa Bergamot - Essential to a tropical bay rum scent, this gives a nice citrus kick that isn't too sweet. Bergamot is probably best known for giving earl grey tea it's distinctive flavour.
