Some deodorized cocoa butters can have a sharp smell from the extra processing. This one is pleasantly lacking that sharpness. If you want a little good flavor or aroma, try the Natural cocoa butter. I personally like that little extra bit of complexity and variation you get with natural cocoa butter. If you want to just showcase your cocoa, I would recommend the deodorized cocoa butter.
