Alchemist's Blend - Shadow's Silhouette

Characteristics Origin: Blend Type: That would be telling Year: 2020-2022 Flavor Notes: I've not produced a blend like this before.  All others have been at one end of the extreme or the other.  This is right in the center.  The Goldilocks zone if you will. The flavor and aroma are resonating chocolate.  While brewing it was like I had baking brownies in the oven.  It have a lovely heavy mouthfeel, a deep rich color and all without the sharper, darker edges of a heavier roast.  It is currently my favorite. I hope you like it as much as I do. And again, this is not your mother’s hot chocolate. And this is also not coffee. It stands on its own merits, so judge it on what you taste, not what you expect or what it isn’t. Brewing Cocoa This Brewing cocoa works well in coffee brewers and actually mixed with coffee. Other brewing cocoas can have a tendency to muddy the flavor of coffee I have found, or worse, clog brewing filters or screens. Your mileage may vary, but I’ve found 1:1 ratio won
